Italkit has made new cylinder kits for Minarelli AM with great power to compete that include special relief ports and boosters of 32mm width. They can be assembled without changing the original crankshaft and can generate power higher than 20,20 HP due to its new ports and cylinder heads cooled by water.

Cylinder Gilardoni-Italkit made of nickel and silicon with a new design for the ports, and outlet venturis modified so as to increase revolutions and power. This kit overlaps a forged piston with a surface treatment of molybdenum disulphide, thermo screen-printed by 57mm, with a steel segment which has been thermically treated whose surface, by friction against chromium nitride of 1mm thick, reduced weight until 156 grams (18 grams less than the original of 54mm), includes a biconical connecting rod pin of cutting –edge technology.
· Complete cylinder capacity of 57mm and stroke of 54,5:139cc.
· Suitable volume for the cylinder heads: 12cc.
· Suitable relation among compression:12,58:1
· Squirts in the cylinder head: 1,10mm
The power achieved exceeds the 38 horsepower. Double laminated box with special scoop intake and low rate for all the revolution bands. Besides, a set of O-rings, base, cylinder head and outlet tube ready to be mounted.
ITALKIT, S.L., as a company that continuously evolves in relation to motorcycling, has sign a sponsorship contract with the team “ Patrocinio de la Humanidad”, from Cordoba, whose members will take part in the next world championship to check endurance in the category of Superstock, which will start the 18th of March 2009 in the circuit of Le Mans in France with a first training that will last 24 hours. This team will be set up by the riders Luis Castro, Alvaro Molina and Dailos Sainz.

These Electronic ignitions with interior rotor, variable lead and light will be available for you during the first weeks of the 2009. These parts, that have been the result of a several years investigation, will be adapted to almost every kind of scooters, karts and motorbikes.
Already available the new adaptable cylinder for Derbi Senda/GPR- Aprilia- Gilera with Piaggio motor, with a measure of 48mm and removable cylinder head that includes lid + cylinder head which can be mounted with both standard stroke crankshaft and long stroke crankshaft of 42mm which we have also in stock.

Available are the cylinders adaptable to Kymco and PGO LC 250cc and conversion to 300cc.

We have new special pistons to be used in highly competitive races, which are also adaptable to Aprilia 125 GP and Kit Honda 125 RS that include one special segment made of a special alloy of 1mm thick (Ref. 2937). These are already being used in the engines of those teams that take part in Spanish and European championships with the result of great success.
Italkit will be present in the Intermont fair, that will be celebrated in Köln (Germany) from the 8th to the 12th of October.
